Just a few minutes walking distance from a (swimming) lake lie these two luxurious apartments which are part of a stately, fully restored mansion on the outskirts of the village of Saint Saud Lacoussiere, in the northern part of the Dordogne. The lake has a sandy beach and on the other side of the lake there is a place where you can fish for trout. During the high season, July and August, there is a lifeguard present and there is a Brasserie open. The mansion is situated between meadows and forests and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with paths and lighting. There are beautiful lawns where you can sunbathe or play, a garden with classical music, a waterfall, a fountain, a swimming pool (7m x 14m) and a children pool (5m x 5m).
