This is a brand new, well-equipped beautiful guest house, located in Zetevaralja (Subcetate-Zetea)in the midst of Sekler (Szekely) land, which is Harghita county in Transylvania, Romania. The village is situated in the mountainous section of the Tarnava Mare, next to the Ivo Stream, along the no. 138 (paved) county road, 6 km from Zetea, the community center. It is also 12 km from Bradesti and 19 km from Odorheiu-Secuiesc. In a large yard 1 km from the Zetevaralja artificial lake, at the bottom of the Madarasi mountains, you will find 6 guest houses, two fish ponds, a playground, a sports field, a pergola and garden furniture. There are lots of possibilities here you can rent bicycles and quads, go horseback riding, take wagon or Land Rover excursions, or play sports in the recreational facilities. During the summer this fascinating environment offers possibilities for excursions, recreation, hiking, picking forest fruits, fishing and hunting. The 140-acre Zetevaralja reservoir is just 1 km from the house. Here you can practice swimming, boating and fishing (in summer), and ice-skating in the winter. The Harghita Mountains are one of the most spectacular mountain ranges in the region. A large network of forest roads and trails, as well as the superb landscape, make these mountains an ideal place for an unforgettable mountain biking holiday. Hang-gliding is also a very popular (extreme) sport in this region. Harghita countys network of caves provide the opportunity to practice caving.
