This accommodation is situated on a farm (farmhouse) in the middle of fields, vineyards and olive groves in the Umbrian town of Vernazzano. It is not far from Lake Trasimeno. The farm contains 9 comfortable apartments, a wine cellar and a recreation hall with a bar and kitchen where delicious local products such as marmalade, wine and olive oil can be sampled and bought. Upon request you can enjoy a delicious Italian breakfast with homemade cakes and cookies (order in advance). The owner also organizes cooking courses and wine tastings. Once a week you can participate in a (free) wine and olive tasting where you can sample a variety of different foods. The complex, which is surrounded by lush green hills, has a swimming pool (14x7m) complete with beach chairs and a small pool for children. Other facilities include a laundry, a large stone oven which you can barbecue on, a tennis court, playground and private parking. The owner has his own horses, donkeys, ponies and goats on the farm. You have free use of the bicycles and mountain bikes (please reserve in advance) so you can explore the beautiful surroundings.
